The dock comes with the garage, making it perfect to just pull up and dock your boat and walk across the road to your garage - cottage.

Use this property as a garage to store your boats and snowmachines and use it as a cottage.

We have caught Northern Pike, Walleye and Lake Trout right off of our dock.
